Day One in Photo's

Enjoy! My two cents: This team is amazing and I can't wait to see the attitude and excitement they bring to our first day of work down here tomorrow. If it's anything like what I've come to expect from GSM students...the folks down here better be prepared. Good things are comin!

  2. When I see all of your pictures on the blog, I get choked-up. It's not because I'm worried; it's quiet here and Dad and I are enjoying ourselves! Really it's because our girls get to serve God with people like you! Make a IMPACT!

We are so proud of all of you. Leaders, students--use your gifts and abilities to make a difference. Also, learn from those whom you serve. They have much to teach you also. JonanthanH. --use that amazing gift of humor to keep everyone laughing. Rach-Coles- we love you and are praying for you and the entire team to work as one!!! Thanks for the updates in words and pictures. We said the 10-finger prayer for you guys in the penguin room today!! You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!!!

  4. Glad to see you made it safe and sound. Enjoying the pictures (making the missing you Abi a little easier) Praying lots for you (mostly for Hampton:)) To the Fuzzy Llamas----Proverbs 18:24 says Friends come and friends go, but a true friend sticks by you like family. God has placed you together this week as family so love our Abber Dabber up like we do or she might get homesick (you don't want that:))and Ab you love back too. Use all that God has given you as he has placed each of you there with his own hand. Love the people there with all God has given you and know we are praying that you will be re-juvinated every day. Ab, WASH YOUR HANDS! and stay hydrated with that heat. We love you sooooo much more.

  6. Those are awesome pictures of some pretty fantastic people!!! To all my girls...my heart swells with pride seeing the young ladies you've become, shaped by the hands of God and influenced by some spectacular leaders. Now take the gifts and talents He has given you and share them with others, so that they may know how very much Jesus loves them. Val and Nik, love and miss you!!!

  8. Liv ~ We've had more conversations with each other and other people, about you in the last 24 hrs than you can imagine! We hate the thousands of miles between us but love you're right where God wants you to be this week. We continue to pray for great relationships with your team, for God to surprise you, and for you to experience who he is in you. We love seeing the pictures of the team (thanks, Jeff!); gives us a sneak peak at what's going on in your world, there. We're praying for your entire team and look forward to the great stories everyone will tell from this week. Liv, we'll be looking at the sky tonight knowing you'll see the same moon we see and know the same God is with you as he's with us, here! We love you ~ Dad & Mom

We actually left a comment on Friday evening because we didn't want to make you feel like an orphan again this year. We love you and are praying that you will have an awesome week and bring smiles to some faces with your balloons. We made it to West Virginia and are getting Jeremy moved in. We love the pictures.
